A merchandised wall of blank caps guests choose from — typically Richardson 112 truckers, Flexfit snapbacks, and a foam trucker option for playful crowds. We size the buy to your guest count and bring 10 to 15 percent overage so late arrivals still get a full color choice.
Twelve to twenty patches arranged like a tasting menu: leather debossed, embroidered, chenille varsity, and woven styles. We can produce custom patches with your logo, event date, or an inside joke — those need about two weeks of lead time.
Commercial cap presses run by trained Merch Troop staff. Each pressed patch takes under a minute, and a two-person station moves 60 to 80 hats an hour without the line stalling. Staffing covers setup, the live window, and teardown.
Want hats personalized? We add a name-drop step using full-color heat transfers, so guests get their name or handle on the side panel. It slows throughput slightly and doubles how long the hats get worn afterward.
The bar reads as part of your event, not a folding table. Backdrop, signage with your event branding, and a wall layout that photographs well from the guest side — because half the value is what ends up on social feeds.
Merch Troop is a full live-event printing crew. Many clients pair the hat bar with a live shirt press, embroidery, tote pressing, or laser engraving so guests choose their souvenir. Ask for a combined station plan when you request a quote.
